Anna was crucial in helping my overtired family…

finally they feel well rested! Because of her guidance our 8 month old baby transitioned from 5+ nightly wakings to just 3 in one night and down to 1 wake up only a week later.

We also struggled with inconsistent naps which unpredictability ranged from 30 minutes - 2 hours. After implementing Anna’s strategy our baby was consistently sleeping at least 1 hour, often more at a time.

Before Little Winks, I felt that I had tried everything to get my baby to fall asleep but I didn’t have the support to be consistent with one method, or the knowledge to understand which routine was right for our family - and Anna provided that for us. After 8 months of hourly night wake ups I was at my breaking point.

Now my husband and I are waking up refreshed and the baby is waking alert, happy and ready to play!
